One of the many gem's on North Street, Albatross cafe is a beautiful floral addition to a street full of incredible hospitality, I have visited Albatross many times and tasted many of their beautiful looking and tasting delights!

My favourite has to be homemade beans in a RICH & slightly spiced tomato sauce, on sourdough topped with your choice of cheddar/feta and parsley, perfect for a comforting lunch, beans & cheese is so many people's guilty pleasure but making it quite posh is something of a talent.

The rhubarb & custard crumpets also deserve an honourable mention (any crumpet dish ofcourse does) with the amazing sweet flavours combined with the softness of a delectable crumpet, definitely recommend,
I also tried their raw cacao & cinnamon hot chocolate which was nice and earthy, however I did miss my usual chai though, normally my usual go to!
A perfect lunch spot, with super lovely staff!
